"The time has come. You have to be you. Be a beautiful, bountiful and blissful human. God created you in His own image. Don't create your own images. There is just one image of you – as you being the being of God. It's very human and that is what the Age of Aquarius is all about. It will be an age of humans and peace, love and service and we shall all be relatives. The small wars and fights will go. Humanity will prevail again. As the Berlin wall fell, other walls will fall. We will all be united under One God. One Spirit. One Self." -Yogi Bhajan (Success and the Spirit, p.94)

Kundalini Yoga Meets You Where You’re At
Takes You Where You Want to Go

Anyone can do Kundalini Yoga.
If you can breathe and lean in the right direction,
 you will benefit.

It balances the glandular system and strengthens the nervous system.
You feel more vibrant and alive.

Kundalini Yoga gives you the experience of your highest consciousness.
It is a technology which can lead you to the sacred purpose of your life.

The promise of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan® is the promise of awakening to your fullest potential.

How does Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan® differ from other forms of yoga? The emphasis in Kundalini Yoga is on the flow of the kriya; the specific sequence of exercises and meditations (these may include posture, breath, mantra, focus, and/or movement). Each posture gets part of its effect from how it is included in the kriya.

Postures are often held for a substantial period of time, to the point where the mind gives way to the body’s wisdom. The body is a self-regulating system; it knows how to heal itself and performs appropriately in the absence of the ego’s false interventions. We begin each yoga set with a mantra of protection called the Adi Mantra, which links you to the flow of Infinite Consciousness that guides the Kundalini energy.

The synergistic combination of postures, mantras, and meditations combines to put positive pressure on the subconscious mind to allow it to clear limiting beliefs and patterns that are otherwise inaccessible. The mental relief that we feel after a yoga set is cumulative.

This powerful system of yoga is always taught in its undiluted form in order to preserve its intent and efficacy. Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is suitable for all levels, including those who have never done yoga before.
