Kundalini Kriyas (set of movements or poses) focus on various aspects of our body/mind/spirit. Below are just a very few of the sets given to us by Yogi Bhajan. And he also taught many meditations to go with the Kriyas, or to be practiced on their own. A typical Kundalini Yoga classes, based on the teaching of Yogi Bhajan, include tuning in, warming up, a set of movements called a Kriya, some of which are listed below, a meditation, and relaxation, generally to the sound of the gong. Then we sing (or you can say/whisper) the Long Time Sun blessing song before sharing some tea or other beverage served by your teacher.
